Penang Trip Report.
Sorry, the first word I opened in this blog post is because there has been an immense delay in posting, although I'm not very sure anyone's waiting for this,or not.Alright, long words short I will start it in a blink of an eye and it'll be based on 2 parts, first is about Penang, second is about the Food in Penang.
Getting there.
Well, there're various ways to get there, driving through the Penang bridge, using the ferry service at Butterworth, and of course flying in.
Luckily, this time,I have the honour of using 2 ways of transport to get there,by the bridge and ferry.
For those that never drive in to Penang, the rate of the Toll at the Penang bridge is RM7 for going in and coming out, while Penang issued Touch N Go can be benefited with a discount of RM1.4,bringing it to just RM5.6.To those that wish to use the Penang Ferry service, the price is fixed at RM7,and the same, you'll just have to pay entering to Penang Island.
The Bridge.
The supporting.
The Entry to Ferry.
The linkage to the ferry.
Upstairs the ferry,it commutes.
Downstairs the ferry,it ferries.
The town.Basically,it's just an island.Left by the English,it consists of lots of British styled buildings.I think I'll just let the pictures do the talking.
The island.
Closer view.
Even closer view.
One of the longest bridge in the world,Penang Bridge. It measures 13.5km across the mainland to the island.
Another landmark of Penang,KOMTAR.
Streets of Penang.
Streets of Penang,night time.
Penang St.
A very famous clock tower, don't remember the name though.
Bangkok St.
Some of the old houses in Bangkok St.
Batu Feringgi Beach.
Sun Setting.
Dusk.
And a good place to chill out.
Hard Rock Hotel, and cafe of course.

Again.
Ya,again I come up here, for an excuse not updating my blog. It's been quite a while then, since I got time to online.Family get-arounds,Pc Fairs,Singapore,Cathing-up-with-friends,yup,they kind of filled up my holiday.
Will try my best to start of with my Penang first,as soon as I get my picture converter,as my skinny T only shoots 10mega pixel.Grr...
To a bit of tips,I'm now enjoying the last bit of my holiday in Singapore, whilst having the need to attend to counsin bro's wedding.
Cheers.

Aftermath case#2
Yup, that’s right. It’s the 2nd encounter after my finals, right after I’m back from K.L, and straight the next day, some south travelling to do, over the little sea—Singapore. Yes I know, it’s not something special to brag about, but it was the event, the one lovely event that went on that makes it special. Nonetheless, it was incredibly fun to be there, get connected with the rest of the relatives, a.k.a my FAMILY!!! Mahjong games, chit-chats, Holy Matrimony, faces of long-time-forgotten-how-they-look cousins, driving almost 300 miles to send mum home and go back out to Singapore in a day, talking to some anonymous camera-crazy uncles in Singapore Botanic Garden, ‘P.I.E-C.T.E-S.L.E’s car rides and shopping later, I figured out having a week spent in Singapore was great, at least I’ve learned something new—lectures about live, life and many more. Gratitude. 1 word says it all, to all the elders that taught me something new.
Having all this said, I shall proceed now, to some thousand-words-worth photos I took with me.
Christmas 09 at Orchard.
Singapore Botanic Garden.
Uncles that I talked to,and got poison from. Both are professionals with >$5000 worth of camera rig.
Tada!!!This is what my T77 is capable of,only.
Always keep it as green as possible, roads in Singapore.
Sucks to be in Singapore, everything goes by the law, literally.Wheel cramp in Singapore is a new level, not just 1 pay release wheel. It's SGD$107 for every piece of paper they clip on your windscreen,do the math.
Changi Airport Terminal 3.Nice,but still KLIA pawns.XD
Guess how much is this nice plate of rice?
$5?
No.
$7?
Nope.
Yup.$8.2
That's about it for now, hold your breath for my #3-Penang reports.
